Voice

If user joins empty voice channel, the bot creates new one, so there is always free channel.

User commands

This module has no commands usable by non-privileged users.

voice lock

Locks the channel, so others don’t see it, thus cannot join in.

This commadn must be invoked inside of the #no-mic channel, defined in master config.

voice unlock

Unlocks the channel.

This commadn must be invoked inside of the #no-mic channel, defined in master config.
